Data handling commitment
My Gym does not collect personal data from end users (athletes), nor do we store banking information, credit cards, or process internal payments for gyms. We only keep essential operational records related to gym management (e.g., routines, attendance logs, assigned diets).

Cancellation & deletion rights
Any gym has the full right to cancel their subscription at any time. Upon request, we will permanently delete all associated account data, including all gym, trainer, and athlete records. No backups are retained after deletion.

Payment method
Payments are handled through a direct agreement between the gym admin and My Gym. No automated payment processing is embedded in the platform.

Account suspension
We reserve the right to deactivate accounts that violate our policies, including but not limited to: failure to comply with monthly payment terms, misuse of the social network (e.g., posting explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content such as nudity or violence).

Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy occasionally. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1. Acceptance of terms
By using My Gym, gym owners agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Subscription & payments
The service fee is $7.99 USD/month. Payment is arranged directly between My Gym and the gym admin. Late payments may result in temporary suspension until the account is brought current.

3. Referral discount program
Discounts are applied monthly based on active paying referrals. New referrals activate discount only after the referred gym completes its first payment. Discounts are recalculated each month according to still-paying referrals. Maximum discount is 30% (6+ active referrals).

4. Account cancellation & data deletion
Gym owners may cancel at any time by contacting support. Upon cancellation request, all data (gym, trainers, athletes, routines, etc.) will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

5. Acceptable use policy
The social network feature must not be used to share explicit, offensive, violent, or unlawful content. Violations will lead to immediate account deactivation without refund.

6. Limitation of liability
My Gym is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.
